Inside of staircase 2, the drywalls were sealed after the installations was completed. Here the pouring of the fill is already in progress as a first stage of the screed work. In staircase 1, the electrical and sanitary installations are still being installed simultaneously so that it is possible to continue working here all at once. In the meantime, after the abrasion of the facades on staircase 2, the external building structure has shifted to staircase 1. In the building section on the park side, the last sheet metal panels are already being fitted, while the roofing work on the street side is also continuing. Overall, the construction work is therefore fully on time.
