In both building sections, the fillings, impact sound insulation and underfloor heating pipes have been installed continuously and quickly. According to the planned construction schedule, the work was timed in such a way that the screeds were laid first in staircase 2 and now also in the staircase. This means that the floor construction in the flats will be completed before Christmas. Exteriorly, the last warm days were used to finish plastering the facades. In the meantime, the preparatory work for the installation of the green roofs has already begun in the park area. The next step will be to dry the screeds so that they can be baked at the beginning of next year.
