The finishing work on the building in the Rugierstrasse is continuing to progress steadily. On the outside, the slabs have been laid on the balconies and roof terraces. The crane proved to be very helpful for lifting the heavy slabs. However, it is now being dismantled so that the courtyard areas can also be completed. In the interiors, the first few flats have now been painted. At the same time, the floor-layer’s preparatory work in the bathrooms has begun. In the meantime, the buffer tanks and pipes have been installed in the boiler house, which means that the heat pump can now be installed.
