A residential building with high-quality apartments is currently under construction at Rugierstrasse 55. To ensure that the future residents can enjoy the expected living comfort as soon as possible, everybody is working eagerly in our office as well as on the construction site:
The building is continuously rising in sections. The staircase 2 is always a little ahead of the roadside component so that the work processes are alternately taken place here, allowing for an optimized construction process. In this order, the construction work has now progressed to the ceiling located above the 1st floor. At the same time, the electrical installations are laid in the different steel-concrete components. Regardless of what goes on at the location, the window units were designed and their production has started. The next step will be the manufacturing of the 1st attic floor.
