The sheet wall pile driver has pulled up the screeds that secure the foundation pit back out of the ground again around the entire building. The building is now freestanding in the surrounding subsoil and groundwater. Thanks to good preparation and the work that has already been carried out, it has been confirmed that the cellar is sealed, despite the strong water pressure on the outer walls. The next step is to build the upper floors gradually. The ground floor has already been completed and a large part of the 1st floor is already in place.
