The installation of the controlled residential ventilation system was successfully completed for both staircases. After that, the hanging ceilings were also sealed and filled. In the “Staircase 1” area, the paintwork is already in progress, while in the “Staircase 2” area, the wall and floor tiles in the sanitary areas, vestibules, and kitchens have been installed. At the same time that the apartments are being furnished, the appliances have been installed in the technical rooms. At the building’s exterior, the facade already shines with a fresh gloss after removing the scaffolding in this area. In further proceedings, the balcony and floor surfaces will be laid for the whole project.
