Most of the structural work has now been completed and the interior work is progressing rapidly. Currently, the underfloor heating systems are being installed in stairways 3, 4 and 6 and the floor screeds are being laid, while the building structure of staircase 1 is being completed. In the staircases 2 and 5 the dry construction walls will be built up and the roof waterproofing will be carried out. The installation work in more than 400 apartments is in progress so that the heating of the floors can start on time this spring. Since the windows have already been installed in the stairs 3-6 and the roller shutter boxes are mounted, the installation of the ETICS facade can be started. Parallel to the work in the interior, we are busy working in the open-air area and the concrete on the base roofs or on the ceiling above the parking garage floor is being paved.
