The work on the facade including the expanded metals is completed and the roof is 95% ready. The last surfaces of the gravel and the green roof are placed and the ventilating system is installed. Also, the work at the forecourt is done. The office space is fully furnished and since October a new tenant has moved into the office and started to work there. On the upper floors, work is going on at all possible corners and angles in order to finalize the hotel area floor by floor. After a few brief votes, the final phase of the plastering work, the electrical and building services installations has also started here. Finally, the interior design completes the work in the hotel area.
