The entire outer skin of the building has been completed and some parts of the building have already been handed over to the tenants. Based on the advertising signs, one can already identify who is residing or will soon reside at Viktringer Ring 28. Since October 2019, the office space has been operational and in February, the top four floors with mainly room units belonging to the hotel were handed over to the owner. Currently, the rooms are being furnished by the hotel independently, whereby a large part of it has already been completed. The last construction work is taking place in the general areas of the hotel, such as in the breakfast room, the lounge, the hotel café, the coffee shop, etc., and these areas will be shortly handed over as well. In the meantime, the utilization of the educational institution became more detailed as well. This is where the final fine-tuning of the planning is taking place in order to be able to quickly start the construction work in the upcoming weeks and to successfully finalize the entire construction project.
