After completion of the excavation pit securing, the concreting of the foundation slab was quickly underway. This was divided into four quarters, so that while parts of the foundation were still being finished, the construction of the cellar walls in 2nd basement had already started. As a result, it was possible to begin with the ceiling over 2nd basement very quickly within approx. four weeks. At the moment the outer walls of the 1st basement are being built so that the floor can be finished and the ground floor slab can be started.
