After the structural work has been completed, the scaffolding of the facade has already started. In the upcoming weeks, the thermal insulation composite system will be attached to the facade. On the flat roof, the sealing work is in progress and on the pitched roofs the carpentry work is also progressing very well. All roof windows have already been installed as part of the roof construction on Wagramer Strasse.
The interior work is also progressing very rapidly. The screed has already been laid on the first two upper floors and some of the interior plasterings has already started.
