Currently, the construction of the facade in the Wagramer Strasse 115-117 is progressing rapidly. The construction crane has already been dismantled and the complete facade is now equipped with a scaffolding. On the ground floor, the post and beam construction of the two commercial areas was partially mounted and on the floors above, the plaster facade is currently undergoing abrasion. On the flat roofs, the construction works of the comprehensive green areas and the accessible terraces are in preparation. Also, in the interior area, the construction progress is clearly noticeable, as the screed was laid on all floors. The next step will be the installation of the floor coverings in the residential units.
