The pavement has been finished and the base of the fence has been concreted. Surfacing work in the garage has also been completed. The walls are being tiled in the flats. The painters and drywall builders have filled in the walls and ceilings. The surface of the screed has also cured already. Most of the ceiling installation in the bike shed and in the garage has been finished. The basic pipework has been completed.
