Cumberlandstrasse 38, Vienna – The construction has started

We are happy to announce the start of our new construction project!
A new residential complex with a total of 188 residential units and a kindergarten with six groups will be built at Cumberlandstrasse 38, in Vienna’s 14th district.
It is conveniently located close to the Penzing underground station and is thus well connected to the public transport system. The U-shaped structure opens towards the so-named Eduard-Gurk-Park so that the greenery of the park stretches into the courtyard. The “green” highlights, however, include the park called “Schönbrunner Schlosspark”. This very popular recreation area is within walking distance and offers a variety of recreational activities for the whole family. Last fall, the old stock was removed and in December, the construction of the building pit protection started. Now the construction work is proceeding at full speed.
The building pit is being dug and the crane foundations have already been built. The next step will be the preparation of the foundation slab at the northern end of the building site.
