The progress of the construction work on the residential project at Cumberlandstraße 38 is proceeding quickly. The façade work in the northern part of the building has now been completed. In the north-eastern part, the tiling work has been completed and the flat entrance doors have been installed. The balcony flooring has also been completed. In the meantime, the parquet flooring has been laid in many flats. In the basement, the ceiling insulation has already been installed in many areas. Solar panels have been placed on the flat roofs in the southern part of the building. The work on the thermal insulation composite system is now starting there. The construction progress is therefore in schedule and in accordance with the planned completion date.
