In December 2022, the construction work was completed and the project was successfully handed over to the client from the construction site team. The 188 flats and the six-group kindergarten will soon become populated by the future residents and brought to life. Just before completion, a lot of work was being done on the outdoor space. Pathways in various patterns were paved, children’s and youth playground equipment was set up, plants were added, lights and benches were installed and fences were finally mounted. The friendly atmosphere of the courtyard, opening up to the park, invites the residents of the complex to play or to sit leisurely.
