Until recently, the property to be developed was used as a tenant car parking area. The existing parking spaces and the associated infrastructure, such as the gate system, the drainage, and the lighting, were removed before the actual construction work started.
The site fence was set up and the site access roads were prepared. Protective measures for the trees took place and the removal of the cobblestones began. The soil excavation work started already.
