The Bremen Housing Award ceremony took place in Bremen’s historic town hall on 19 February 2026. The prize was awarded for the fifth time this year, recognising the outstanding commitment of developers who set high-quality standards with their buildings and promote positive impulses for future residential construction in Bremen. The Ellener Hof won the Urban Quarters category this year. This socio-ecological model neighbourhood offers housing and serves as a model for communal living. The Ellener Hof is open to the public at all times, inviting visitors to experience its innovative concepts first-hand. You can also view our project on site as part of the exhibition. It will be on display at the Bremen Centre for Building Culture, Wall 165–167, Bremen, until 31 March 2026. It is open Monday to Friday, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Receiving the Bremen Housing Prize is a significant affirmation of our commitment to Bremen’s building culture, demonstrating how the quality of life in the city can be improved through creative solutions.
