Work on Ellener Hof is progressing rapidly. The floor slab and the parapets of the first floor have already been concreted. At the same time, the load-bearing system elements from Lukas Lang Building Technologies GmbH as well as the stair flights were assembled as precast elements. Between the system elements, KLH walls are erected between the residential units as well as for bracing. Before the concreting work starts, the pipelines are laid in the staircases. The lines in the system construction are already laid through the girders.
