End of construction Aspern J12 28.05.2018
At the end of April/beginning of May 2018, the last part of the student dormitory, part 3 was completed and thus, as the general planner, we were able to successfully hand over the entire project, part 1 to 4, to our clients.
Since the beginning of May, the furnishing of the student rooms and all common and ancillary rooms has been in full swing. At the beginning of the coming winter semester, the building, for which the operator, STUWO AG, has already received many registrations, will then go into full operation.
Building element 1 and building element 2 were handed over to the owner in January and the majority of the apartments have been settled in the meantime.
In component 4, the garage, the interior finishing work for the use-neutral rooms in the ground floor zone has been completed and the rooms will be handed over to the future tenants in June.
The garage has been in operation since January and is in great demand.
The lakeside town will thus receive another mixed construction site, which will make a significant contribution to the overall realisation of one of Europe’s largest urban expansion projects!
