End of construction Hauptbahnhof C.16.D 28.10.2019
After a construction period of only 13 months, the new residential building in the Bloch Bauer Promenade 17 was handed over to our client, WBV GFW, on 28/10/2019 as scheduled. In cooperation with the general contractor, STRABAG AG, 38 apartments and one business establishment were built directly adjoining the pedestrian zone in the heart of the new Sonnwendviertel in the 10th district of Vienna. The modern 2-3 room apartments with a balcony, a loggia or a terrace are already set for the first Christmas party with its new residents, while the spacious business establishment on the ground floor can still be flexibly customized to the needs of the future tenants’ thanks to its noble structural design.
