In the last weeks a lot of work was done in the Erzherzog Karl Straße. All windows, including skylights, have now been installed. The building envelope is also now tight, so that the insulation and plaster can now be applied to the façade piece by piece. Once upstairs, you can already enjoy the view over the neighbouring treetops from the top-floor flats.
At the same time, all the interior work is being carried out.
