At Erzherzog-Karl-Straße 176, a modern residential building with a total of 147 residential units including apartment-related open spaces such as loggia, balcony or terrace as well as a pastoral care centre of the Stadlau parish, which will be located on the ground floor, is being built.
The construction is progressing according to plan and the new facilities will soon be available. To mark the occasion, a traditional topping-out ceremony was held on the building site to celebrate the achievements so far together with the contractors and numerous people involved in the project. After the welcoming speech, Mr. Matthias Waibel, Managing Director of STC Design Building GmbH, and Mr. Robert Gipfl, Division Manager of STRABAG AG, addressed a few words of gratitude to all involved in the construction of the building. After the traditional speech, the festivities were opened with a rich buffet.
