In the center of Wiener Neudorf, a high-quality residential building with 20 residential units will be built by the end of 2023. In addition, the new structure will house the office space of WNG as well as the Volksheim Wiener Neudorf. We are pleased about the successful start of construction and look forward to the realization of the project at Friedhofstraße 4.
The first construction works are already progressing rapidly. The construction site equipment at the building ground has already been set up. The securing of the building pit in the basement and the construction of the crane foundation have also been successfully completed, so that the excavation work is now being carried out. The next step is to secure the excavation pit and excavate the retention basin.
