We would like to take a look back at the construction site visit at Friedhofstraße 4, Wiener Neudorf: WGA ZT GmbH once again arranged a construction site visit for all the interested employees. Our WGA team took the opportunity to get an insight into a project under construction.
This time the focus of the site visit was on the topic of securing the excavation pits. Discussions included different types of excavation support, which excavation supports make sense for which applications, which factors to look out for during planning and which aspects of execution play into the planning and therefore also have to be taken into account.
Based on the state of execution, it was also possible to view and discuss a new possibility of producing a lost formwork in preparation for concreting the outer walls.
In conclusion, the work on the reinforcement of the floor slab was discussed, followed by a few details of the reinforcement execution, especially the preparation for setting the formwork for the evaporation channels in the underground car park.
