There has been noticeable progress on the construction site each week thanks to the use of semi-prefabricated walls and prefabricated ceilings. While the reinforced concrete work in the first phase has reached the walls on the first floor, the ceiling above is already being built in the second construction phase. Thanks to the rapid progress of construction, the way is clear for the shell of the building to be completed by the time the topping out ceremony takes place soon. At the same time, preparations for the finishing work are already in full swing.
