Work on the extension is progressing quickly and according to plan. Although the screed on the top floor is still being heated, the first bathrooms on the first floor are already being tiled. The painter has also arrived on site and has already started the leveling work on the 2nd floor. At the same time, the plumber and electrician are installing the building services in the Volksheim’s future function room and then fitting the ceilings. In the basement, preparations are well underway for the coating of the garage.
Progress on the exterior of the building continues despite the weather. Now that the facade scaffolding is in place, the EIFS (Exterior insulation and finish system) is being applied and leveled on the first facade areas.
