Once again there was an opportunity for interested employees of WGA ZT GmbH to get a glimpse of an upcoming project.
This time we travelled to Wiener Neudorf to the property at Friedhofstrasse 4, where the future headquarters of WNG, the Volksheim Wr. Neudorf and 20 residential units. The project is in the home stretch and the WGA team was able to explore the entire development.
As part of the site visit, they inspected the event hall with its open ceiling and visible TGA pipes, and discussed the work on the acoustic measures for the walls and ceiling. A tour of the completed apartments was also part of the interesting visit. The underground car park, which covers the entire site, was also discussed. Of particular interest was the direct connection to the neighbouring building’s garage, where a breakthrough was made to allow access via the neighbour’s ramp, freeing up valuable space for additional parking.
Throughout the construction phase, the WGA team had the opportunity to discuss key design and construction issues.
As usual, the project management and group management of the construction project were also present so that all open questions could be answered and many useful facts about the construction project could be shared with everyone. It was very exciting to explore the project and we are already looking forward to our next joint site and project tour.
