The finishing work is progressing rapidly and the completion date is fast approaching. Once the screed heating is complete, the parquet flooring and wall and floor tiles will be laid in the first residential units. The plasterer is also in the final stages of installing the last of the ceilings in the office and Volksheim, so that the painter can complete his final tasks.
There is still a lot of work going on in the auditorium. The plumber and electrician have completed their work in the auditorium, as well as building the substructure for the stage so that the acoustics and flooring can be installed.
The flooring in the basement has also been finished and a lot of work has been done outside. Thanks to the excellent weather conditions, the façade painter was able to resume his work quickly after the first snowfall and has already completed the first façade areas.
