The finishing work has been proceeding at full speed since the roofing ceremony was held in June, as the first few areas of the building project in Wiener Neudorf will be officially handed over to the building’s owner before the end of the year. While the plumbers are installing the pipework in the residential flats and the drywallers are completing the studwork and also the one-sided planking on the first floor, all of the windows and French doors have already been installed and the sealing on the roof has been completed. The uprights for the rope safety system on the roof have also already been installed. In terms of the outdoor facilities, the next step will be to install the gradient insulation that is already being stored nearby. The painters are also already on site and have currently reached the 2nd floor with their filling work.
