The construction work on the new building is in full progress and is already well advanced. The façade has been completed so that the scaffolding can be removed very soon. The finishing work inside is also taking shape: The floor coverings have been laid, the stairwell painted and the flat entrance doors installed.
The boiler house has already been completed. The electrical and sanitary installations in the flats are currently being completed. Once this is done, the final cleaning can start. In the meantime, the landscaping and greening of the outdoor area will also be completed.
