Despite the winter and, above all, often very windy weather conditions, the structural work is progressing. The basement ceiling has already been completed and the working trench backfilled. The walls on the ground floor are currently being poured, reinforced and concreted and are already about two-thirds finished. In construction phase 1, work is also already underway on the ceiling above the ground floor.
