A modern residential building with twelve units has been successfully completed at Hauptstraße 30 in the market town of Hinterbrühl. This project was carried out with the aim of creating a living environment that meets both the needs of the residents and the requirements of modern architecture.
The chosen location offers a quiet residential area combined with good transport links. The surrounding infrastructure is well developed, and important facilities such as shopping, a nursery and a primary school are within walking distance. In addition, the natural surroundings offer a wide range of leisure activities, making the residential offering particularly attractive.
The building was designed to blend in with the existing surroundings. It has three above-ground floors and a barrier-free basement, which is accessible by lift.
Each of the twelve residential units has apartment-specific outdoor areas in the form of terraces, balconies or private gardens, offering residents direct access to nature. A community ball court for children was built at the rear of the property. This open space invites residents to linger and offers them a common meeting place to socialise and enjoy activities together.
We would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere thanks to everyone involved in the project. Without their dedicated cooperation, the successful realisation of this project would not have been possible. Their commitment and professionalism have contributed significantly to the success of this residential project.
