Our residential construction project in the market town of Hinterbrühl was successfully completed. An attractive residential building with a total of eleven modern residential units is now located at Hauptstraße 86, offering a new residence for future tenants. The location has a peaceful, natural setting, while also offering excellent public transport options and good infrastructure for the community.
The newly constructed residential building blends in perfectly with its surroundings. Each of the ten residential properties has its own outdoor area with either a terrace or balcony. The flats range in their size and offer an ideal mix of 2- to 4-room -units.
In addition to the residents’ private gardens, the hillside garden also features a playground for the very youngest children.
The residential building meets the latest building -related biological and ecological requirements. During the planning and construction phases, the existing resources were utilised optimally and economically to ensure the minimum possible environmental impact.
We are convinced that the future residents of this new residential building will enjoy a high level of quality of life and a harmonious and fulfilling lifestyle thanks to the high standard of living and the natural surroundings.
