On 31.05.2023 it was time, overlooking the construction site, for presentations and an appropriate celebration to mark the start of construction of the FH building extension. In memory of this, a time capsule, filled with a miniature construction board and an FH Campus annual report, was picked up by crane from the terrace of the main building and afterward buried in the foundation pit. Since this was only a symbolic groundbreaking ceremony and since the construction work had already started at the beginning of the year, we could already appreciate the remarkable progress of the construction work. The steel concrete components, the walls, the supports, and the ceilings of the three basement floors and of the ground floor were already concreted. The walls of the first floor are currently being built. Four cranes are operating at the construction site, and up to three places at a time are being concreted.
