In the last two months, the shell construction has grown by three storeys, and the walls and the supports for the fourth upper floor have finally been concreted. The construction work in the basement is already in full swing, as the drywall has been installed, and most of the installation work has been completed, in some areas, construction of the floor has started, the backfilling has been completed, the sound insulation has been finished and the heating screed has been laid. The equipment has been installed in the main technical area – this mainly involves refrigeration units. On the ground floor, the first few windows have been installed and the installation of the mullion and transom façade has been started in the basement.
