At the beginning of February 2024, the site was fully equipped with all the prefabricated timber components ready for assembly. The external and internal walls, including windows and cladding, were then installed.
The ceilings over the ground and first floors were also installed. The attic will be completed in the first week of March. The access core, consisting of a prefabricated concrete staircase and a timber-framed lift, has also been installed.
