We are delighted to announce that the residential complex located at Leopoldauer Strasse 72 has just been completed and is waiting for its future tenants. All of the 113 residential units have an open space available with a balcony, a loggia, or a private garden. The community terrace, the children’s playground on the roof, and the children’s playroom on the ground floor invite everyone to relax and ensure that there will be good relationships among the neighbours. Another advantage of this building project is the excellent connection to the public transport system and the panoramic view of the greenery.
