In the last attic floors the parquet installation is in full swing. The roof terraces are almost finished – the porcelain stoneware tiles have already been laid and the installation of the privacy walls is in progress. The railings on the façade facing Obersteinergasse have also been installed and assembly is currently underway on Krottenbachstraße. Work is being done on all the façades and the insulation is already being glued and the façades are being plastered.
