After the topping-out ceremony at Obersteinergasse 11, work quickly resumed. Now screed work is starting on the ground floor. The French windows and lift-and-slide doors have already been installed on the ground floor, on the first floor and at the roof exits. Progress on the roof work can also be seen every day. Preparations are currently underway for the locksmith’s work on the façade. The excavation work for the garage extension has also started.
