The construction site at Obersteinergasse 11 is on schedule. The work in the show flat is progressing well – the dry construction is now completely finished. Also on the ground floor, on staircase 2, the drywall work will soon be completed. Currently, the skylights are being installed. The bay window extension on the north-east façade is also currently in progress. The next step will be the construction of the balconies and the prefabricated columns on the façade.
