Over the past few weeks, work in Obersteinergasse has progressed rapidly. The drywall and tiling work in the show apartment has already been completed. Now the excavation work for the garage extension has begun. The drywall is currently being erected on the first floor. All other floors have also been prepared for drywall construction. Progress is also being made on the roof. The waterproofing work on the roof terraces is now in progress. The construction of the pitched roof has also begun.
