The construction phase has now visibly begun on the grounds of the Schwarzenbek primary school. With the construction sign erected and work underway, the implementation of the planned school development has officially begun.
As part of the project, most of the existing buildings will be demolished. Only part of wing A will remain and will be renovated and integrated into the new overall concept. Demolition will be carried out in stages and in a controlled manner in order to create the conditions for the subsequent new construction.
As the school will be operating at a different location during the construction period, work can be concentrated on the site. To prepare and secure the construction site, container facilities have been set up, a construction fence has been erected to clearly demarcate the area, and cameras have been installed for security and construction site monitoring.
These measures lay the foundation for the upcoming construction phases. Over the next few months, demolition will gradually give way to new construction, and we will keep you informed of further progress.
