A new block of flats that has eight residential units, its own playground and a car park is being built in the market town of Hinterbrühl. The Anninger recreation area is just a few minutes’ walk away and provides recreation and exercise in the great outdoors.

The property can be accessed from the main road by foot, where the entrance and exit to the car parks are also located. The main entrance, the lift inside the residential building, as well as all flats and the storage rooms can be accessed without any barriers. The stairwell located next to the lift can be used to reach every floor.

The three-storey residential building has been designed to be open-plan, which means that each flat has a view of the natural, green surroundings. Each of the residential units will have a private open space in the form of a terrace with a garden or a balcony. The flats are also lit by floor-to-ceiling windows, which creates a relationship with the outside. A laundry room and gym have been planned for the basement.
