The recently completed project at Rugierstraße 55 with 24 flats is embedded in the center of Vienna’s Donaustadt district. A quiet residential area with excellent transport connectivity and infrastructure within walking distance can be expected by the future tenants. The building itself is characterised by its loggias, which open up personal free space for each flat. The individual units offer high-quality fittings with plank parquet flooring, electric sun protection, and modern tiling. In addition, the project also scores points in the common areas with two staircases flooded with daylight, a small children’s playground with a row of trees, and an environmentally friendly geothermal heating system with deep boreholes.
