Very close to the Lobau recreation area of the Donau-Auen National Park, the Saltenstrasse project with 46 apartments and a commercial premises was successfully completed. All areas shine in a fresh glow, have been completed and cleaned by the trades involved, and are ready to be used by their future occupants shortly after being handed over to the client. The future occupants can expect modern apartments with tiled and parquet floors, a monitored ventilation system, and a future-oriented heating system that uses deep geothermal drilling. Depending on their location in the building, the occupants can enjoy the quiet inner courtyard or the great view over the treetops to the silhouette of the large city.
