In the immediate vicinity of Kagraner Platz, construction has begun on 63 apartments at Schrottensteingasse 6. Following the demolition of the old building, the official start of construction for the residential complex, which extends to Schrickgasse 23, was set for 14 July 2023. The work to secure the excavation pits is almost complete and most of the excavation work has already been completed. Preparations are already underway for the necessary bracing of the excavation support so that work on the floor slab can begin in the next few weeks.
