The rapid construction progress of the future residential complex continues on the building site at Spindlerweg 3+5, 1220. The structural work of the building, consisting of reinforced concrete walls and ceilings, is currently underway. Once the structural work on the basement and ground floor had been completed, the sheet piling used to secure the excavation could be removed. Additional temporary supports were added to the ceiling above the basement to support the load of the equipment required for this.
At Staircase 2, Spindlerweg 5, the ceiling reinforcement above the ground floor is currently being installed. At Staircase 1, Spindlerweg 3, installation of the formwork for the in-situ concrete walls on the first attic floor started this week. The first walls will be poured this week. In addition to the in-situ concrete walls, cavity wall panels are being used wherever possible to optimise the construction speed. Construction is well on schedule. The structural work will be completed by the beginning of May and the finishing work can then begin.
