Squash evening

To strengthen teamwork and improve our health at the same time, we have revived our regular squash evenings. Squash is a dynamic sport that not only improves physical fitness but also strengthens team spirit. In addition, the sport helps us clear our heads and reduce stress, while regular exercise is important for our physical and mental well-being. Of course, fun is also a priority, which further increases our motivation.
Our first game was once again a complete success. The participants not only improved their athletic skills, but also laughed a lot and made new friends. We are particularly pleased with the positive feedback from team members, who see playing sports together as a valuable addition to their everyday office life.
After the squash matches, we sat down together for a cool drink and enjoyed a cosy end to the evening.
We are already looking forward to the next time and to continuing to have fun together and keeping fit!
