At the end of January, as every year, we held our two-day strategy seminar for our company’s executives, to which the management team and group and project leaders were invited. The Hotel Fernblick in St. Corona am Wechsel provided the perfect setting for a productive weekend and a culinary delight.
The seminar programme was extensive and included a variety of interesting presentations, inspiring discussions and targeted team-building sessions. On Saturday morning, we took the opportunity to go for a relaxing walk in the fresh air in Kirchberg am Wechsel, which also encouraged interaction among the participants. Afterwards, we returned to the future strategic direction of our company. This intensive examination of the challenges and opportunities ahead brought many new insights and fresh motivation. On Saturday evening, we said goodbye with valuable ideas and the anticipation of implementing the strategies we had developed in the coming financial year.
This year’s strategy seminar was a complete success and once again underlines the importance of continuous development and team spirit in our company. The exchange of ideas and the strengthening of our cohesion are crucial for our future success.
